I believe good therapy starts with being truly seen — not filtered through assumptions about what relationships "should" look like. My work centers people navigating polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and other complex relationship structures, alongside anyone seeking a more expansive, honest way of connecting.
I bring a holistic lens to this work — attending not just to the patterns between partners, but to the whole person: nervous system, history, culture, identity, and the quiet stories we carry about what love is allowed to look like. Sessions are collaborative and unhurried. There's no checklist for "fixing" a relationship here, only space to understand what's actually happening and what you want instead.
Most therapy models were built with a single relationship structure in mind. When your life doesn't match that template, it can feel like you have to translate yourself just to be understood — or worse, defend your choices before you can even get to the thing you actually came in to talk about. I want this space to be different: one where you can bring your whole relational life into the room, exactly as it is.
